ADVANCED FEATURE PRICING
Dial one phone number or extension to ring multiple users within a group. Choose from the following options:
Simultaneous: For users who are on the go, the system can ring office phones, cell phones, and an extension all at the same time. Never miss a call again.
Linear: Calls move down a queue of agents/seats until one is available. If none are available, the caller is directed to a hold or voice message.
Round-Robin: Calls are directed to the agent/seat that has taken the least number of calls.

Call Overages
• Aristotle Digital Voice plans include Unlimited Incoming Call Minutes and up to 1500 Outgoing Call Minutes per month. Outgoing Call Minutes over 1500 costs an additional $0.007/minute.
Technical Support
• Two (2) months of phone and set-up support included. After 2mo, standard service fees apply.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support available during standard office hours.
Standard Service Fees
• Fees billed at $75/hour with $75 minimum
• Standard Services include additional technical support past 2mo window, Portal retraining and/or system settings repair, etc
